Whether it be chandeliers, beaded backdrops, hanging florals or decorated natural structures why not take your floral design ideas to the next level… or I should say a higher level!!

One of 2018's most interesting floral trends is the idea of thinking in terms of  “keeping your eye to the sky.”

With that thought in mind, brides are now concentrating more on what you see above in their venues than what you see on the table. Why not make your wedding venue dazzle with unique ideas that are suspended from above! Nothing makes your guests more impressed than when they walk in and see something magnificent hanging from a ceiling, chandelier, rafter or beam. Having an aerial focal point not only gives your guests that “ta-da moment” as they enter your dream reception, but will be the crowning jewel of all your design elements coming together.

Brides need not be intimidated by the size or magnitude of what they choose because as always you have control with regards to the amount of money that you are comfortable spending. Always try to see what you have available to begin with and start there. Choosing seasonal flowers and using structures that are available in your venue room are the best ways to begin.

Always remember your greatest tool is to start with what you ALREADY have and build on that.  If you're outside, use what nature has provided to you, whether it be a tree branch, archway or overhang. Using lots of greenery and minimal flowers is one way to help keep costs down. Be open to new and imaginative  ideas whenever possible and the sky will be your limit!
